Just an Update for you all!

I ran my 5K in 34:57. Not bad for my first one if you ask me. I walk ran it. I'm going to blame the cold air, and my stuffed nose for that time. :P
In april I will be doing another one, hopefully I will have a nice improvement on my time!

Good job!!

Hopefully I'll manage to pull it off like you did, I'm running my first one in May. Started from ground zero last week but I'm doing that couch to 5k thing.
