Today I'm planning for P90x yoga, though I'm probably going to have to modify quite a bit. My legs are sooo sore and I remember this workout has a lot of long lunge poses.

You could also plan a reward if you get a certain percent of days with stickers and write that somewhere visible on it.

) As long as you're doing any of it you'll keep getting better and it will get easier. And modifying is great! It's the only way I've been able to get better at very difficult exercises - do as much as I can then modify so I can finish. It looks like you're doing really good with Jillian. Keep it up!
