I'm glad to see this thread... I have the Ripped video but I've only done it once. I planned to do it every other day alternating with my running but it left me so sore I had to take a few days off! Ug Next time I must remember to stretch a bit after.
I got this one because walmart didn't have the 30 day shred, but reading your posts about how this one is harder I wish I had found shred!
