ncuneo: Congratulations!! That is really awesome!

Today I completed w8d1! I'm so happy to have made it this far and to really see a huge difference in my stamina! It's pretty incredible to think that a little over 2 months ago I was happy to run 3 minutes! Now, I ran 2.75 miles! That blows my mind!!
I'm definitely planning to reward myself with a new pair of running shoes. I have my vibrams, but I'm going to start using those over time so I think I could use a new pair of sneakers. I think I might do a middle ground minimalist shoe.
Besides that, my goal after I complete the program is to increase my mileage and speed. I'm more interested in increasing my mileage right now. I think I might do the same format that the last 3 weeks of the program are. Simply add a quarter mile to each run each week until I get to where I want to be. We'll see though!

Hope everyone is well!

Congrats tidiprincess! Keep it up. You're almost done.

Finished W3D2 today. Feeling a little better after a few days of decent eating and water intake. Still not clean, but not the pie and ham I stuffed myself with for Christmas. Hoping to weigh in at 209 or lower again this Sunday. From there I start the new year with a goal to finish E210K training. Run at least 1 more 5K and then a 10K. After that we'll see what I go.

Happy early New Year everyone!

Great Job TDI!

So one more day to run ladies - get out there!

I finished up my year today with 6 miles of intervals. Good run, although I think I shouldn't have worn shorts - burrrr!

14 miles Sunday and then it's on! Every long run (other than cut back weeks) will be longer than I've ever run before.

Happy running and see you in the new year!
