I think I've already replied to this question a few times, but here goes:
If you stick with it, it's very effective. The inches come off quickly. It is pretty difficult in that form is EVERYTHING and you have to make sure you're doing several things at once AND whatever exercise you're on. I haven't been consistant with using mine, but when I do use it I ALWAYS lose inches. Probably the best fitness anything I've ever tried.
