
I did W4D1 yesterday. I had a terrible night before that (been up a lot with the girls) and quite exhausting day, and it was also raining all the time I run. So, it was not easy, and I run really slow, but I run, and I finished.
My first reward is approaching, I promised myself before I started the program, that if I don't give up and complete first four weeks, I'd buy proper running shoes, and now I'm also thinking about a proper running outfit, as I run in my old sweat suit and I look quite funny. Hm....



... My goal was to attempt a 5k this past weekend, but that did not happen.
