I just bought 2 exercise videos - latino aerobics and pilates. I want to do them both in the same day as they're both only 30 mins long. The question is, which one should I do first? Any ideas?
The Pilates is probably a great warm up, I find Pilates however very deceiving. The first few times I did it I thought it ws so easy and would not change my bog...WRONG>..I felt it the next day. It's wonderful for your abs! It's great to give you a strech and a good pre-curser to other exercise.
I bought a yoga/pilates kit (ball, mat, tape...) and I am going start it tomorrow...I like the yoga because it helps my balance and stretching, but the pilates is like yoga with a kick!...some of the postures can be very deceiving...seems to be easy, but the next day...you really can feel it
