My mom had tried to do some weight loss program, and she had resistance bands come in the package. Nobody ever uses them.
So I was thinking, hey, maybe I should use them or something
So do these work? I mean, how are they even used? Any exercise examples?
(Also, could anyone give me examples of total body strength workouts? Since I'm trying not to rely on machines, I want to know where to start and feel somewhat confident about what I'm doing.)
