I'm sure I'm just way behind on this but just discovered it under the Sports and Fitness section. There are a lot of great work outs, including yoga, pilates, abs, dancing, tons!
I'm so excited to explore them more! I did a Jane Fonda walking work out tonight, it was about 30 mins and was feeling the burn. Then, a 10 min. ABC's of hip hop work out, and just a few mins of yoga.
I wasn't even planning on exercising, just flipping around and ended up getting a nice little work out in

Hopefully that will happen more often.
Anybody else take advantage of the exercise tv section of on demand? I noticed a lot of stuff was expiring today and other stuff was labeled New, so it seems like there's good variety.
