Hello, C25K graduate here. I just finished the program with a 3.12 mile run last Tuesday. I ran 2 miles on Thursday and 2 miles on Sunday and figured to make up lost time (mileage?) I would try 4 miles today.
And I did it! Without huffing and I felt good! And I ran it in 49 minutes! How did this happen? This running thing is FINALLY starting to be worth it, lol.
Woohoo! C25K was a great program that got me running. I most likely would have quit without it, but I didn't really start to enjoy running until the program was over and it became something I wanted to do and not something I HAD to do.
