I do the Crunch 10 minute Pilates DVD. They have 10 minute segments for belly, butt and thighs. There is also a 10 minute total body segment. I break them up to do separately or just let the DVD continuously play for the whole 40 minutes depending on my time that day. I do them three times a week unusually at night on the days when I run in the morning - Mon., Wed. and Fri. It's awesome and really gives you that long, lean look. Good Luck.
