I work out 6 days a week for an hour or more depending on how I feel that day. But I always make sure to work out for an hr. Do yall think that is too much?

It's hard to say whether you are working out too much because you did not specify what you do when you work out. I think generally 6 hrs is good but a lot but there are people who work out 7 days a week. So it really depends.
I do the elliptical, treadmill and the bike. Because I'm starting to feel tired and today my knee started to hurt. Idk maybe its my bodys way of saying slow down
Always listen to your body, maybe you're just getting sick. 6 1 hour workouts is not that much. You could also be getting too little sleep or not eating enough, hard to say without all the details and stats.
I agree with ncuneo, 6 1-hour workouts is not generally "too much." Pain in the knee doesn't necessarily mean you are exercising it too much- perhaps it's irritated by a particular type of activity, or too much of an activity (namely running). But it could also be a muscle imbalance- if you have weak quads, for example and aren't doing strength training- as well as improper shoes and need an orthotic.
For being tired, are you eating enough? Esp enough carbs to support the cardio you're doing? Are you sleeping enough/having quality sleep? Eating enough vitamins? Iron counts are at appropriate levels?
I agree with ncuneo to listen to your body. But try to examine the full picture- it's possible that the knee and tiredness are from working out "too much" for your body, but it's equally possible it's from other causes.
Thanks so much yall. Yeah I don't really get really good sleep and as far as food I don't have a very good diet. I don't really like cooking and get lazy lol mayb i should start tho to have full meals. I really just eat like cereal, sandwiches, full breakfast in the mornijg consisting of bacon, grits etc
Definitely working on your diet could help with the fatigue! High fiber, high protein foods and limiting simple carbs (many cereals, grits) is a great idea.
Careful with your knee- include some strength training to take away pressure on the joint, and maybe cut back on high-impact activity for a bit? Or ice it after activity?

Your body might be telling you to mix it up a bit. Repetitive motions can aggrivate the knee. You can get cardio with medicine ball work outs, kettlebells, swimming (if access to a pool), etc. There's nothing wrong with taking 1 week off to rest your whole bod, either.
