Default Another 4 week challenge please join!!!

Hey Ladies where is everyone?????

I certainly am in need for a challenge, I went way over the edge on the holidays.


I did a few miles here and there but not as much as I should have considering what I have ate.

So I thought I would start off again and everyone is welcome to join, whether you walk,run,treadmill or whatever exercise you do just keep track of your milage and set a goal for yourself, whether it is 1 mile or 100 miles it does not matter as long as you move.

I will set my goal for 45 miles this time.

Hi! I'm back! I've been super busy but am now back to recommit to exercise. My goal is 20 miles. Is this challenge ending at the end of the month? I'm starting mine on 1/19/03. I know it's late but better than never. Glad to see you are still doing this Suzanne. Now we just need more people to join. So all you lurkers please join! THe more people on this thread the better. Let's all support each other for a healthier 2003. O.K. enough cheerleading. I'll post again in a couple of days! Off to exercise

I'll be keeping the monthly goals and tally's:

Madtypist..goal 45 mi.

jacksonmom..goal 20 mi.

Hey Jacksonmom how are you doing, Thanks for keeping track of the totals

I am in for 10 miles this past week, I have been doing the 2 mile walking tapes, they are so great, very quick 2 miles and easy to do. I won't be long until I go buy the 3 mile tape. It seems easier than actually going outside and doing the walk and a lot more quicker pace.

I see the girls who were in the last challenge are doing a Valentines day challenge with the same concept of this one, so if you guys would like to combine the 2 that is ok by me. Both threads seem to be the same thing. Anyway's it does not matter to me. Whatever works for everyone.

Nice to back into the swing of things and getting down to a habit of exercising.
