Hey Jacksonmom how are you doing, Thanks for keeping track of the totals
I am in for 10 miles this past week, I have been doing the 2 mile walking tapes, they are so great, very quick 2 miles and easy to do. I won't be long until I go buy the 3 mile tape. It seems easier than actually going outside and doing the walk and a lot more quicker pace.
I see the girls who were in the last challenge are doing a Valentines day challenge with the same concept of this one, so if you guys would like to combine the 2 that is ok by me. Both threads seem to be the same thing. Anyway's it does not matter to me.
Whatever works for everyone.
Nice to back into the swing of things and getting down to a habit of exercising.
