Wink It All Starts in the morning

hi all...I'm a newbie here. I start my exercise program in the morning. I have bad ankles so alot of stuff I can't do..but anything is better then nothing . I have a Aerofit and a Ad-doer. That is low impact but still getting my heart rate up. Plus I have begun watching what I eat...so here's to a happier, healthier, SLIMMER ME....

Good for you! I, too, have to do my routine in the morning -- if I wait 'til later in the day, it won't get done!!!

You might think about adding some kind of resistance training to your plan ... build up a little muscle. Try rotating your ankles around a bit every day - that might help -- and losing weight will definitely help them!
