Default Fitness/Running Log

I am looking for some advice on what tracking log to use for my fitness. I know a lot of people use weight loss sites that log fitness. But I am more interested in tracking my running. Although if the log tracks food/weight also that is cool.

I have an iPhone and inputting info through an app would be convenient, but I don't use it during my workouts. It seems like most of these require premium memberships for any of the graph options.

Any favorites or advice?

I use a plain old notepad file. It does what I need it to, which is track distance by month and by shoes; document the standard ups and downs; and note injury concerns/status. Then again, I'm not tech toy motivated.

I really like the website "TrainingPeaks", for tracking my running and walking - it has all kind of training and tracking tools. I like the calendar to log my weight and total miles. You can download information from most heart rate monitors and GPS watches and log in food and calories also.

Thanks for the comments. Training Peaks was actually one that I was looking at. It seems pretty easy to use. Too bad the coolest graphs require the upgraded membership. But the rest of it looks good. Especially nice that there is a shoe tracker.

I'm going to bump this up.
I'm also looking for a good daily tracker for walks and runs. I would love one that gives you the option to track water intake as well. I use runningahead for my runs, and recently I've also tried dailymile. They are both good sites, but none of them quite tick all the boxes.
