Well.... My October didn't turn out so well. I started off pretty good, then I slid off the middle to the end of the month. I'm going to try harder for November. I just got my Turbo Jam in the mail last week, and I've been working with that. My only problem is I haven't been eating heathly in addition to working out. (I've actually gained a few pounds, but I refuse to add them back to my ticker!) LETS GO NOVEMBER! =) (Only 8 more months until I go to France)
