Default How Ironic!

I just got back from the gym and my endorphins are just running wild so forgive me! haha
Today I was not feelin the gym at all! I've been really good with keeping up with my fitness but today I just felt blah (maybe its the cold winds we've been having here in the midatlantic region)
I forced myself to go with the mindset that anything I do is better than nothing at all and if I dont feel like I did enough, this can be one of my rest days with an added bonus lol
I got on that machine and just got inspired! I did more cardio today than I normally do and I feel great! My weight training was on point!
I couldnt help but laugh at myself for how lazy and unmotivated I felt just 2 hours and now I'm soaring!

Great motivation. I def have those days but I push myself and in the end its like WHOOHOOO!
