Default Workout plan

Like I said in my introduction Im finally ready which means im new at this! After having a little girl I gained weight five years later I cant blame it on her anymore its lazyness plain and simple! So I began on saturday my journey andI have been doing cardio workout and treadmill slowly im climbing and building up what I can do as far as excercise goes!

Im doing plenty of cardio for my fitness level ( WHICH IS LOW )

so my question is what else should I incorporate in between ? like besides cardio should I be doing strength training etc...and what is a good work out schedule!

Im so glad im here cuz this is a mess of confusion!

Yes, definitely start doing strength training. I've done both total body workouts three days a week or splits (work different parts of your body) six days a week. It just depends on my schedule. You just don't want to work the same muscle group two days in a row. If you are a gym member, I recommend a personal training session, especially if they're free, or hiring a personal trainer for a few sessions. You can, by the way, do cardio most days or every day. I prefer a rest day, but it's individual choice.

Congratulations on getting moving, by the way!
