Default Wii Fit anyone?

Does anyone on here have the Wii fit and use it regularly? Mine is still sealed in the plastic and just looking for some motivation to open it up and get moving!

Wii ROCKS! Seriously, though, I use the Wii Fit at least 3 times a week. I also "Walk it Out" at least 5X a week. Combining these really fun games makes me workout for at least 2 hours a session. Sometimes I mix it up with the Sports games or some of the other exercise games.

When you're as heavy as I am, it is hard to get moving. I've watched my strength and balance improve as I've worked out. It may not be a huge calorie roaster, but the difference I can feel. Getting in shape with the Wii has opened me to other activities that I would have otherwise struggled with (like walking on the street 2+ miles daily). Plus, it's just plain fun!

Crack that baby open!

I got a Wii for Christmas and we have played/worked out with it everyday. I'm doing the Wii Fit games (aerobic/hula hoop/running), Jillian Michaels Ultimate Fitness Challenge 2010, and Dancing with the Stars. I did it for two hours last night. I always work up a huge sweat.

I've had Wii fit since my birthday last February and find it lots of fun and keeps it all from getting too boring. It's so easy to mix it up, lets me know how I'm doing weight/BMI wise according to my set goals and just plain easy. I prefer the balance games mostly but have done all aspects of the dvd more than once!

It was especially helpful this past summer with rehab when I had a serious ankle sprain injury. Improving balance prevents injury!

I love my Wii fit- am currently depressed because I can't weigh myself as wii fit has stopped working and I'm waiting for a new one. It is the ONLY place I'll weigh myself, becuase I can't manipulate the wii board to give me a lower weight !!
