I did day 1 of the 30 day shred on Saturday. I'm supposed to do it again today, but my muscles are still sore. Should I hold off until I'm not sore anymore or stick to the schedule?
(Sorry for the noob question, but this is all new to me!)
I'm posting this a day later so did you do it or not? ... I would have gone ahead and done it, once I start working out I usally feel better once warmed up...
