Nice work EZ!! Gotta get in what you can, that's why I want to get a pedometer. I'd like start keeping track on my walking mileage since I have no problem counting every last step or stride I can!!

I got in a slow 8 mile ride with my MIL. She was on blades, I was on the bike. Then I did another 6.5miles on my own at a bit quicker of a pace.
so 14.5 miles total, plus I mowed the lawn. I think that counts for half a mile so 15miles!

Well Ladies I had to take a few days off of the 1/4 block with Reba as she was showing some possible pain issues with her knee. The vet examined her today and said she is doing just fine, that is good news. He has me continuing a lose dose of pain meds for her. I will check in with him in 10 days and he may up her exercise if all is well.

We did get 1/4 block in this afternoon ...yipee!....lol

It's good to hear she's doing a bit better! It'll be nice once she's back to "normal"
So far this week I have yet to take a bike ride. And I think I may not be able to Today I did go grocery shopping for about an hour, so I think I'll add a mile on. I did order a pedometer, which is exciting to me so that I can keep better track of my steps in addition to my bike rides!! I hope it comes in soon!!

Well we are still doing our 1/2 block a day now...this dog is ready to run!! But vet says not yet....can't wait to get back to normal with the beach walks and breakfast, the Saturday morning Starbucks walks, etc....

those things help to keep my marriage strong!!....wink

Well, Angie and I got out together this Saturday morning for what the dogs thought was gonna be our beach or Starbucks walk...but...nope...just up to the second fire hydrant for the 1/2 block walk....dang!...lol

Reba goes back to the vet in 2 weeks and that will be the 60 of 60-90 days with little exercise and no stairs....hoping she is released to ru...run...run at that time! She feels ready but also shows some soreness at times.

TDIPRINCESS my step-d flies into Buffalo next week-end for a wedding...hope the weather is good for all...

EZ- I hope the weather is good as well! This coming weekend the weather is supposed to be beautiful! Hope next weekend will be the same. This past weekend was JUNKY!!! ICK! I did not walk very much this past weekend. Just kinda ate and hung out inside where it was warm!

This coming weekend hubby and I with a group of 2 others will be going backpacking. I'm pretty excited about it. This will be very new for us! It looks like we will be doing 10-15miles of hiking too! That will help mileage a bit

I think between Saturday and Sunday I got a mile in. LOL.
