I did day 1 of the 30 day shred on Saturday. I'm supposed to do it again today, but my muscles are still sore. Should I hold off until I'm not sore anymore or stick to the schedule?
(Sorry for the noob question, but this is all new to me!) |
I'm posting this a day later so did you do it or not? ... I would have gone ahead and done it, once I start working out I usally feel better once warmed up...

I didn't do the 30 day shred, but I did do my couch 2 5k run. I feel much better today to pick up the 30 DS again.
