Enjoy the rest of your weekend folks...what's left of it anyways!
Woo hoo! I'm waiting for a friend to get back to me to see if she's joining me outside. Hope she hurries up with the yay or nay so I can get moving!

I ended up going for an hour and a half walk in the woods with my friend - at a pretty good clip!

The weekend is over...I didn't move as much as I would have liked to, and I certainly ate way more than I burned off.

Friday night I danced. Mostly hip-hop and stuff at a club so I think I got more of a upper legs/squats type workout from all the "gettin low." Saturday I slept until 1 pm and ate a huge meal and walked slowly around a mall - fail. Sunday I ran for about 45 minutes/4-4.5 miles outside, did a bunch of pushups, and spent the day walking around shopping. Bought groceries on my way home - big bags of fruit and vegetables, quite heavy - and "lifted" them on the 25 minute walk home. I must have looked spastic.

lots of race walking around the house. i got in these moods yesterday and today, 'i want it all in a box now!' of course, we are still at least a week away from all that, and short on boxes. i did pull up the carpet in the hallway and scrub the tile. it's amazing how dirty it gets under carpet. heaved abit of the carpet to the dumpster. can't wait to throw the rest out! along with most of my bedroom furniture lol. um, yeah will need help for that for sure.

i feel like i need to do alot of cardio, but that says running or jumping rope in my head. trying to give the calves a rest. undecided what else i'll do.

i also tried a heavier weight with a barbell for deadlifts and squats. i'm used to 50#. i increased it to 70, i think. that will take some getting used to. just did i think 2 sets. not really sure how i'm going to get it any heavier. there wasn't any more room on the barbell.

uh.i generally hate, loathe the weekend. especially sunday night. there's always stuff to do, want to stay up, but i have to get to bed.
