LOL! No, I haven't been working THAT intensely without a break. Every now and then I get a bur in my bonnet and work that hard. But ordinarily my routine is M/W/F Spin class and T/Th lift. That's sustainable and I never would have asked about a break. I darn well know I can not sustain my current routine and that I will need a break.
