Take your time in doing them and don't think you need to do the whole tape the first time do parts that you feel go about doing.
What are the names of the tapes that you picked up?I hope that walmart here in Canada will have some of the tapes availiable.

I have those ones too. Take your time and don't use weights and you can do them. They are pretty hard one with not too much cardio in them. Just keep trying to do them and you will get there before you Know it.
