Okay b4 I jump out the window and start doing more than I can handle I wanted to work with things I already have so I was inquiring what type of arm exercises can I do with a 6lb weight?
I am 5'9 female and just wanna start toning my arms nothing drastic nothing that will eventually make me bulk...
Or is the 6lbs to light or to heavy just so input would be great.
