Here's my problem, I've got a few at home work out routines that include running stairs, which is fine I live in a 5 storey apartment.
My problem is the whole point of the at home stuff is so i can do them when my son is asleep for the night, and clearly I can't be leaving the apartment to run flights of stairs - has anyone used or is using the steps from step aerobics? Do you think that would be a good substitution for actually going up and down a stair case?
I know it's not exactly the same thing, but I'm looking for something that is a close second that I can do in the living room.
Step aerobics is an excellent workout.
Great cardio and for working the legs.
Maybe not exactly like going up the real stairs, but a good substitute.
