I just started the C25k and I am currently on week 3. Starting this past week I have been getting a pain in my legs located on the inside of the leg. It starts from the ankle bone to just about under the knee (but still on the inside of the leg). Normally when I run I get shin splints but I have not gotten then since I started the program (this time
). I bought insoles hoping that they would make it better but I think it made them hurt worse. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?
