Meh, maybe when I'm smaller I'll like running in the heat, but for now I hate it. I haven't noticed whether or not I breath easier. I feel like I do when it's cooler, and I can go faster. But when it's hot I slow down to this crawl lol.

So now I understand those itty bitty girls running at 3 PM in July. I'm always expecting them to pass out on the sidewalk lmao, but I guess it's enjoyable for some. I learned something new today.

Btw OP, I've loosely followed you here on 3FC and I just wanted to say congrats on reaching goal. You look great, and I find you to be very inspiring.

i like it when the temperature is comfortably warm but not too hot and not too cold. it feels nice to run when you dont have to wear a sweatshirt and can just wear a tshirt and feel comfortable and feel the warmth on your skin
