This Saturday (May 15) I'm going to the SELF magazine workout in Grant Park. My friend went last year and had an awesome time. It is four hours of workouts, with 3 different stages of activities and plenty of booths to peruse if you need a break.
Hey redsox! It isn't one four-hour long workout. They are short 20 minute sessions and you can pick from a whole list of options. Yoga, pilates, trampoline, dance, cardio, buns, abs, etc. (they have a tab where you can view the schedule).
You can do as much or a little as you want. My friend said she stayed for 2 hours last year and that was plenty.
Hmmm, ok, you've convinced me! I can't do it this year, but I'm going to jot it down on the calendar for next year. That's a really good deal for 20 dollars.
