I recently just joined the YMCA again, I saw that they were offering a ton of really cool classes. I actually didn't start until last Friday, so I will start my list from there

7th: Exercise bike- 20 minutes, Abs class- 15 minutes, Yoga class- 60 minutes

9th: Walking- 45
Total: 140 minutes
10th: Yoga class- 60 minutes
Total: 200 minutes
11th: Abs/Core fitness- 30 minutes, Stationary Bike- 20 minutes

12th: Abs class- 15 minutes, Yoga class- 60 minutes, Stationary Bike- 10 minutes, Treadmill- 30 minutes
