Logging the miles in May
So I am gonna do it. I'm going to run a MARATHON! I have done about 6 1/2marathons and am ready the go for the whole 26.2. It's sep 19th (I think)
so I have plenty of time to be ready to have a great first. My goal is to finish under 4:30.
Anyways I'd like to log my miles in here. I think I can do this via a tracker when I can get tickers! So I plan to log every mile I run and have a place I can see my progress out here in the open.
Feel free to add, or just talk about your workouts, and of course it doesn't have to be running! Enter in you time you workout, distance walked or biked or ran. Even though its April I'm starting today.
4/28: 9.88 miles, 1 hr 37 min.
4/29: Cross train, stair machine intervals 20 min. Bike 30 min. Lunges and no weight added squats and step ups.
