Red face 30 day shred?

Has anyone done jillian michaels 30 day shred? How did you find it? and how much did you ultimatly lose? I'm thinking of buying it, I weight like 232lbs and trying to figure out how much I'll lose, it's driving me mental lol i just cant wait to get a kick start and nothing i do seems to work , also if anyone has any ideas to help me along the way it would be greatly appreciated

oh and also I have a problem with my lower stomach and was wondering if anyone thinks that the skin will ever tone up and look normal after loosing the weight its one of my biggest worries please help

It's great, but it's tough. That said, I've only ever done level one. That has been tough enough. No doubt it will get results, but I personally have decided I would rather take an extra 10 or 15 minutes with my workout and feel like I'm at a more manageable pace.

But it will give you a butt kick - that's for sure!

lol I think i may definately buy it I'm needing a good kick up the arse I'll try it for the 30 days and If I see no change I'll try something else I guess, was also gona buy an elliptical trainer but I'm not sure if it'll target the areas I need

I'm about to do level 1 right now... come join me!

DO take a break if you need to, just not a long one. I noticed a HUGE difference in just a couple of weeks doing the video a few times a week in my posture and my chest has moved UP a couple of inches. No more sagging.

It's hard, just modify what you need to. For example, the last ab sequence (the bicycle crunches) were too tough for me at the beginning, so I just lifted my legs and bend them at a 45 degree angle. They get easier almost instantly.

Ok, let's get started!

I have done it twice, it does shows results provided you eat healthy and within the calorie range for you to loose.

It is an intense program and I enjoyed doing it both time. You may want to add some other cardio to your routine too. I didn't do it for 30 days continuously. First time I did it for 5 day/week with 30 min cardio. Second time I did that for 3 day/week and with C25K every alternate days.
