Red face Always tired

I've been just getting back to exercising everyday and I've been doing Tae Bo Cardio for a week now but its hard to keep doing it everyday because I'm always tired. It even hard for me to finish the whole thing, about two exercises until the end of it i start to get dizzy and feel like i'm going to throw up. Are there anyway ways to get more energy?

It sounds like you may be dehydrated. How much water are you drinking on a daily basis? Also are you eating a little something as a pre-workout snack? It's not good to workout on an empty stomach. Both of those things make a huge difference as far as stamina is concerned.
