If not, you can do it! If you can run 14 minutes .... you can do the C25K.
I think you can do the C25K for sure, but don't push yourself too hard. If you don't think you can, just TRY it first, but slowly. Don't try to run a mile the 1st week lol
You'll be surprised how far you can run once you learn how to pace yourself. For me, the most important thing was to NOT GO TOO FAST in the beginning & breath as normal as possible. You want to work on distance rather than speed right?? You work on speed after you have built up milage. I did the C25K some years ago & that is what taught me how to run further, easier & more efficient.
Edited to add: if you feel like you can't do it now ... keep doing what you are doing for another week or so, then try again & see how you feel.
