I did an hour of cardio at the gym I signed up for today...felt good but man it was hard work...guess that means it is working...

Bumping this up from the second page. But if it falls a second time, that will mean it's turning out not to be of much use to anyone but me -- if so, I'll save my accountability for my laptop, rather than the forum.

I do something every day except Thursday. If the weather allows, then I bicycle for 30-45 minutes. If not, then I walk around 1 or two blocks, depending on what my back will allow. And I try to be a little more active when I'm around the house, hoping that even a few extra steps all add up.

I am just 2 1/2 weeks into all of this, so I am taking it a little easy and just add more as I am able to. Maybe someone else will be helped to know you can start small and work your way up. I only exercise until I get my heart rate up a bit, never until I am dying the next day! If it isn't fun, then I know I won't stick to it.

45 minutes on the treadmill, and was able to run 1 1/2 miles without stopping which may not be a lot to most but I had knee surgery back in July so it is a BIG deal for me! :)

Hey all.. am going to jump in here and hope that it picks up... I have fallen off the exercise wagon this week but am determined to get back on and speed it up as I have not been losing lately.. so here is my plan.. BL Last chance Workout Program - 6 days a week, C25k - 3 days a week and BL Weight Loss Yoga - 4-5 evenings a week! So I need some help staying accountable! ;)

Hi everyone..hope there is room for one more as I would love to have somewhere to post to stay accountable.

3/20/10- 30 min cardio (elliptical and treadmill) and 30 min strength training
3/21/10- 30 min cardio (elliptical and treadmill) and 30 min strength training
3/22/10- 1 hour of zumba

i was a good girl this week! have exercised every day for the past 7 days...3 days at the gym (elliptical, treadmill, stairmill and rowing machine)...2 days of climbing the sand hill (doesn't sound like much but it's KILLER) and 2 days of Brazil Butt lift (man my butt is KILLING me!!)...gotta go to the gym today after work. it's going to be REALLY tough, but i just gotta bite the bullet and DO IT.

Sat- 1 hour with trainer, cardio and weights
Sun- 20 mins elliptical, 10 mins AMT, 20 mins bike
Mon- 15 minute weight routine, 1 mile walk
