Default A realistic goal?????
Currently I'm 28 years old, 5'7, 205 lbs.

My sister and I want to participate in and complete a sprint triathlon on June 27th of this year.

So it's a 750 m swim, 20 km bike ride, 5 km run. It's very layed back.....good first sprint triathlon.

Do you see this as a realistic goal or should I wait till next year? It's only $30 to register.

Of course it's realistic! It may be the best motivation to get training right away!

Depending on your health, definitly doable; my first sprint triathalon years ago, that was about my weight. I was one of the slower ones, but I finished.
