Is there a good exercise or something I can do to strengthen my lower back? Fairly often I get lower back pain in my muscles, I'm thinking from my (.)(.) being so big! Eventually I want to get a reduction but until then I'd love to find a way to strengthen the muscles in my back and hopefully reduce some ofthe pain that I get...
I think part of my problem could be I just started running too. I've never done Yoga before but may look into that. I've hard alot of people love it but I'm not really sure what its even about. What kind of workout is it?
