So I know as I lose weight my breast will get smaller, is there any exercises that will help tighten that area to prevent them from completely hitting the floor without making them shrink lol
Unfortunately, our breasts don't have any muscle in them. Breasts themselves are made up of fat and tissue, so there isn't any exercise that will directly target breasts and keep them from drooping or sagging (I wish!) But it's always a good idea to strengthen the underlying pec muscles -- the same chest muscles that guys have -- which can help firm and stabilize the whole chest area. So go on and lift weights!
Pushups are great for your pecs too. Because i am just getting started again,I'm doing a moderate version that I found on Sparkpeople called a "wall pushup".
