Since 1996, I've done Jazzercise. I love Jazzercise! I love dancing, socializing, full body workout in 1 hour. It's FUN! Jazzercise is no longer in my area, so I just joined the gym. I've been twice. I've ridden the elliptical machine. I've done some upper torso work with free weights. I don't know how to use most of the weight machines. The cardio machines seem to work only lower body -- redundantly. There are aerobic classes offered at the gym, but not during a time can attend. Bottom line, I need to find some fun at the gym or I'm not going to do it. Any suggestions? Do you have fun at the gym or do you just go through the routine because it's a necessary evil?
