I'm having a little trouble getting started this year: I did a weights workout on Monday and then a run on Tuesday and proceeded not to walk particularly well on Weds. and Thurs! I did 3 today, though, so I'm now at 12.
I have 0 miles so far because I have been fighting severe bronchitis all month, but I'm in. My miles will be walking, jogging, running, bike, and elliptical. I finally got some good drugs Thursday and I am hoping to be up to at least going for a walk on Monday. I've got some catching up to do, but my goal is 1000 miles.

It's been rough getting out there in the arctic blasts so I am translating other exercises into miles. Although behind already I aim to exercise 6/7 days a week when I trade in my complimentary gym pass for a membership...
