Thanks for the feedback, guys! After all that, I didn't run yesterday but ran today: 3.1 miles in the foothills. It's an interesting concept for me to consider that I might actually do better/feel better with more or more consistent mileage. Food for thought, for sure!
got in another 1.7 yesterday with the intervals surrounding my weight lifting and then 5.2 today. I kicked my own butt last night at the gym and was tiiiiired today.
Alright, count me in. I'm 44 and started running a couple of months ago. I would ultimately want to run a marathon, I'm training to hopefully do one in 6-9 months. Does that sound reasonable to any experienced runners out there?
