  • I discovered my spreadsheet was messed up and adding my miles incorrectly. I have the problem fixed now and as of today I am at 95.59

  • Work has been in the way of my miles again this week.I did get 5.1 in this week-end with a 5K yesterday (link to pics follow) and 2 today with the mutts after church.

    Thanks for the birthday wishes, the are really and truly appreciated

    got one treadmile in the basement today, followed by a sweaty mini wweight session with exercise tv. I have been spinning and weightlifting in the gym, and will acct. for all of it on my ticker.
