I've recently bought a treadmill. Could any of you that use treadmills regularly tell me if it has really helped you see a difference in your figure? Does it `only` define the legs?? I want to define my butt and abs as well. My daily routine is about 1 hour a day. The speed is from 1-3mph.
I workout with weights for my upper body and crunches or sit-ups for my abs.
The treadmill has helped me. I do 3.3mph at a pretty good incline anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes. Then I do 30 mins weight training. Lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks! Good luck.
I've really noticed a differenced in my legs. The but has been a little harder, then I read about holding in the tummy and tighting the but while walking and I can feel a difference and have begun to really see it also. Abs, I'm stil working on those...
The incline is also good on the upper legs and but!
