Specifically large area mats.
Hello all! I'm looking for some help finding a good mat. I currently workout in my basement and since it's not finished, there's no carpet so I'm on concrete.
I just started P90X and I need to find a mat asap so that I don't blow out my knees doing Plyometrics
I'm guessing I'm going to need the type that interlock like a big puzzle to cover the area I'll be working out in--anyone have any recommendations? What brand? Any particular thickness? How many square feet do I need? (I'm guessing a lot)
