    45 mins Pilates, 35 mins walk/jog Pedometer = 5,185,
    60 min evening walk to park and interval running around track Pedometer = 3,898

    Plans today = 90 minutes cardio
  • Elliptical 30 minutes. It's getting a little easier. I may try and add on another 15 minutes next week.

    I just finished my 1st 45 minute session of exercise today.

    Wow everyone one is really kicking butt today, great job chicas!

    I actually have a wii now. I did alot of walking, cleaning, and playing with the wii yesterday...

    but finally I broke down and set up a wii fit profile..and I did 30 min of exercise. I think this thing is really cute. The hula hoop is so hard. I broke a sweat so I think it is working. I know I hit maximum heart rate trying to keep the hula hoop up. i also got my fitness coach, but don't have a clue about it yet.

    I'm pretty sore today, I think I may take a day off.

    So at my friend's house last night we played the Wii till midnight, not any of the fit games, but some other Mario games and it was fun. I'm thinking about buying a Wii for the Wii Fit and all the other fitness things, not sure yet though ?

    Sep 2nd- 60 min elliptical level 7
    Sep 3rd- none
    Sep 4th- 40 min turbo sculpt with 5# weights, 60 min walk

    WS - I think the Wii is great! I am not currently using it as my main form of exercise but I have previously and well, I was happy with it . I just like changing up my routine often.
