I did Firm: Cardio Dance Slimdown. I am not a dancer, some of my 'moves' look more like they belong in a kbox ring, but I do okay. This workout is about the top of my dancing ablility choreography and style wise. I find I do much better with Latin and bellydance than any other styles.
I'm on a Firm kick these days, I do 'lighter' workouts in the summer when its so sticking HOT, then do more intense workouts in the winter to help keep me warm |

I didn't order STS Cardio though because I was worried about the level of impact. I've struggled with a lower body injury and I don't want to take any chances. I have a feeling I will regret not preordering though. |

Morning all!
No plan for today yet. I was following a written rotation until the surgery. I need to look at that and pick up where I left off. Since I'm high risk for retina detachments I'm leary about doing too much too soon. LOL, any excuse to indulge my slothful tendenancies. I'm in a weights mood today, though. |
