tip to blast more calories on incumbent.
ok, my bike bores me...I have to use music...and I always want to do something with my arms...well..I figured it out...
tubing. take the tubing and put it behind the seat. My incumbent has bars I can hold onto while pedaling...i wrapped the tubing under the seat and over the bars...I tested it to make sure arm moves weren't too uncomfortable...the whole time I was pedaling..i adjusted my resistance and worked my arms into it...pulling the tubing out, up, or doing arm moves...chest presses, flyes...
made it alot of fun..and I felt the boost in cardio. of course incorporating the arms blasts calories too!
