Okay so I just watched the trailer for Wii fit plus and got very excited
I tried out that EA Active one, and I actually hurt my quadriceps doing the lunges. Like it wouldn't adjust and I went to low and ended up hurt for the next couple of days.

I too enjoy the Sun Salutation. I swear by the 3rd time I can reach farther. I do it while walking as well. The neighbors probably think I'm crazy. But if I take a break in the shade or something I'll do some yoga with breathing. Or if I need to stretch ( I have a habit of hunching when I walk) I'll do that one as I feel like it strengthens my posture!

Lissus The just jumping around sounds like something I need to try! I hate running in place, I tend to run in a circle if I do the running, for the most part I just avoid it. The free step gets on my nerves a little too so I tend to combine what I know from the advanced step and do a little work as I go, when I get tired of doing the same motions over and over.
I'm a fan of HIT cardio so I tend to step leisurely then see how fast I can go before it stops registering.
But I'm at a friends and there's not enough room for my Wii fit right now
