I can't even lie. This just made my day!

I have had mine since it came out. I got bored with it quickly & it only comes out when I think about it every couple of months. I just do not get enough of a workout with it to justify the time. I do use the board for other things though

I don't feel natural running in place. I jog on my mini trampoline instead. I also have the ae sports active game & it has you run in place, too.

Thanks for the running tips. I think I'm too lazy to put shoes on and then take them off to go back to other games, lol. I usually do at least 6 different things when I am on.

I still haven't gotten bored. I'm competitive and I like the challenge of trying to get a perfect score or 4 stars.

I got four stars on advanced step aerobics and 150 on advanced table tilt. Yay!

Okay so I just watched the trailer for Wii fit plus and got very excited

I tried out that EA Active one, and I actually hurt my quadriceps doing the lunges. Like it wouldn't adjust and I went to low and ended up hurt for the next couple of days.

I too enjoy the Sun Salutation. I swear by the 3rd time I can reach farther. I do it while walking as well. The neighbors probably think I'm crazy. But if I take a break in the shade or something I'll do some yoga with breathing. Or if I need to stretch ( I have a habit of hunching when I walk) I'll do that one as I feel like it strengthens my posture!

Hey Lissus The just jumping around sounds like something I need to try! I hate running in place, I tend to run in a circle if I do the running, for the most part I just avoid it. The free step gets on my nerves a little too so I tend to combine what I know from the advanced step and do a little work as I go, when I get tired of doing the same motions over and over.

I'm a fan of HIT cardio so I tend to step leisurely then see how fast I can go before it stops registering.

But I'm at a friends and there's not enough room for my Wii fit right now !

OH MY GOSH!!!!

I did the ultimate balance test - I actually was able to finish it!

I thought for sure it was impossible to hold exactly 50/50 balance for three seconds. I was about just get off and I was so sleepy and I thought "Oh sure, I'll try to ultimate balance test..." and I did it!

Congratulations. That's quite an accomplishment. I'm not even close to being able to do that. I have gotten to the second one though. Great Job!

I have kind of a technical about the wii balance board based on your experiences with it. When you move it does it way you differently? At home it was measuring me 294. I've come to a friends house I have it on a similar surface. The first time it said 254. I KNEW it was wrong. Then I moved it (although I hadn't weighed in a couple days. It says 280)? Any one have this type of experience. any solutions?

Mine has been weighing me consistently, but then again, I don't move it at all. It's downs stairs in our basement den so it's not in the way of anybody and just stays put where I want it. Also, the carpet down there is like office carpet, so it's SO flat and I think that may help too.

LOL. I was half asleep the ONE time I managed to get it perfect too. Maybe that's the secret. Only be half awake and let your body just fall into a relaxed state?

I was surprised at how little room you can manage to use the WiiFit in.

The guy in this video took his WiiFit in his RV and worked out every night.
