I went Wed, worked at the gym tues and thurs. Today I feel burned out, I didn't sleep well and my shoulders are really sore today! Thinking I need a day off! But aquafit seems to be really refreshing and more relaxing even though it's cardio. What do you think?
Yup, I went. I had to drive by there on the way home for lunch and saw my friends car there. So I went. I feel good but it feels like a busy week of exercise. This weekend I will only do yoga and walking, I can enjoy both with my 3 boys.
